Dog walking
Toby and Charlotte have been brilliant. Our boy, Frank, absolutely loves them both. Toby was quick to build trust with Frank and, considering Frank is a strong minded 40kg bull mastiff, can handle him really well. Frank is also very settled when he stays overnight. Unlike other dog walking / sitting services we have used, it was refreshing to see that "Hounds of Hillcrest" operates with a thorough set of paperwork (pet background, vets and emergency contact numbers etc.). Really reasurring! Definitely recommend!

Home-from-home care
Charlotte and Toby were fantastic sitters. They looked after our dog Flash and his pal Ringo for almost two weeks. We had updates and photos every day of them on walks, out and about and snoozing contentedly at home. Both dogs came home super chilled. We will definitely book them in again for a future stay. Thank you

Personal attention
Warmth, kindness, and organisation absolutely poured off Charlotte, I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to leave my boys with her and partner again. Frequent updates, sensible questions, and one of my lads very definitely didn’t want to leave when I went to pick them up!
